UBE FILLING
1/4 cup condensed milk
1/2 cup ube jam
1/2 cup heavy cream
1. Combine all 3 ingredients in a small sauce pan and bring to boil. Stir for a few minutes until smooth.
2. Pour in a glass container and allow to cool before storing in the fridge.
3. Let it sit overnight or 4 hours before whipping it with a hand mixer.
4. Fill the french macarons with a piping bag or with a spoon and sandwich together.
5. Store cookies in the fridge.
Tip: The cookies improve with taste and texture the longer the cookies sit in the fridge.
